Locations of the Wisconsin State Laboratory of Hygiene
There are three locations in Madison, Wisconsin
University of Wisconsin-Madison campus facility where clinical laboratories, proficiency testing and administrative offices are located.
Our environmental and occupational health facility is located on the far east side of Madison, Wisconsin.
Our information technology and labor statistics departments are located across from our Agriculture Drive facility.
Maps of locations in relation to Madison, Wisconsin The following three maps illustrate where the State Lab is in relation to places such as the Dane County Regional Airport, the Capitol, and several major highways. The three large X's represent the State Laboratory of Hygiene.  This map shows our facility located on the UW-Madison campus at 465 Henry Mall.
Noteworthy on this map are the one-way streets, indicated by the arrows.
This map shows the location of our facilities at 2601 Agriculture Drive and 2810 Walton Commons West. Parking is available in the on-site lots at each building.
