The WSLH School of Cytotechnology is fully accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) in collaboration with the Cytotechnology Programs Review Committee of the American Society of Cytopathology.

As part of our accreditation requirements, we have a Cytology Education Advisory Board (CEAB) to assure that the program meets the needs within the community.  The board is comprised of:  previous student(s), private and hospital based laboratory leaders, the public, and current student(s).  The goal is to talk with people within the field of cytopathology as well as those who are recipients of the testing to discuss current issues and future topics that ultimately impact the patient communities.
