The WSLH offers a wide range of organic chemical testing services to governmental agencies, academic institutions and municipalities. These services include environmental testing associated with the Safe Drinking Water Act, WDNR fish advisories, environmental enforcement actions and other special projects designed to meet the needs of our customers.

The Organic Chemistry Department is certified by the Environmental Protection Agency and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. A complete Quality Assurance and Quality Control Program is maintained, assuring our customers of high quality results.
Since 1903, the WSLH has provided quality analytical services, research and teaching. As part of the University of Wisconsin, the Laboratory is dedicated to the education of and service to Wisconsin's citizens. Often, the work of the WSLH reaches outside the state boundaries to provide services for customers throughout the Midwest and the nation.
