In the table below, find the tests that you need to order kits for. Then type in the number of kits you need in the box in the column labeled Number of Kits Needed. We send kits daily, if you have a special need, fill in the Need Date column.

For example, if you need to have 2 alpha/beta and radium 226 and radium 228 tests and 1 radon in water tests done, enter a 2 in the column Number of kits Needed in the row Alpha/Beta & Radium 226 & Radium 228 in Water. Then put a 1 in the column Number of kits Needed in the row Radon in Water
