CRC is a nonprofit consumer group working with the Environmental Protection Agency to educate and assist consumers with high radon levels in their homes. CRC does not sell radon mitigation services or publications. However, CRC can direct you to information and assistance that will help you reduce the high level of radon in your home. CRC , in conjunction with the Environmental Protection Agency, recommends that homeowners with a level of 4 pCi/L* or higher reduce these High levels of Radon. Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer after smoking and your family may be at an even greater risk if there is a smoker in the house.
