2013 FP Blood Lead PT Shipping Schedule
- Multielement Proficiency Testing Program
CDC's Lead and Multielement Proficiency (LAMP) program is a voluntary laboratory standardization program focused on improving the precision and accuracy of blood lead, cadmium, and mercury measurements. In the future, arsenic and selenium measurements will be added to the program. Specimens are prepared and shipped from the Wisconsin State Laboratory of Hygiene and results are reported to CDC. Blood Lead Proficiency Testing Program
The Federally sponsored Blood Lead Proficiency Testing Program is no longer supported and has been discontinued. The WSLH is offering blood lead proficiency testing on a fee-for-service basis. Enrollment forms are available at http://www.slh.wisc.edu/pt/catalog or you can contact us at ptservice@slh.wisc.edu or 800-462-5261.
