Upcoming WSLH Wednesday Night @ the Lab Speakers

Wisconsin State Laboratory of Hygiene scientists will be giving two UW-Madison Wednesday Night @ The Lab (WNT@TL) talks in November.

November 3: "A Second Chance for a Longer Life: Innovations in Screening Newborns for SCID (Severe Combined Immune Deficiency)." WSLH Director Dr. Charles Brokopp and Newborn Screening Laboratory Science Director Dr. Mei Baker.

November 17: "Tell-tale Clues: Testing Chromosomes to Diagnose Diseases in Children." UW Cytogenetics Services Laboratory Co-Director Dr. Jennifer Laffin.

Wednesday Night @ the Lab talks begin at 7 pm in room 1111 Genetics/Biotechnology Center, 425 Henry Mall, Madison.

If you do not live near Madison or are not able to attend WN@TL, you can still view each WN@TL lecture live through videostream. It is available starting at 7 p.m. Central Time every Wednesday.
