Francisella tularensis Serology at WSLH Temporarily Suspended

MADISON, Wis. – Francisella tularensis serology testing (Test Code #20) has been temporarily suspended at the WSLH due to the unavailability of reagents. Please send specimens for Francisella tularensis serology to other reference laboratories at this time. Many reference laboratories including ARUP, Mayo, Quest, and Specialty Laboratories offer this testing. The WSLH will issue an announcement when testing is resumed in-house.

Please note that WSLH continues to provide LRN reference testing for the molecular and culture diagnosis of Francisella tularensis.
