WSLH News -- Public Health Reports Supplement Focuses on Lab Systems

 
MADISON – WSLH scientists contributed multiple articles to a recent supplement of the peer-reviewed Public Health Reports. The supplement focused on the evolving public health laboratory system and the key role public health laboratories play in responding to public health emergencies, as well as developing new testing technologies to help improve the health of the nation's citizens and environment.

The advantages and challenges to developing partnerships between public health and private-sector laboratories is also explored.
