Webcast - Biochemical Genetics Analysis
MADISON – Earlier this year, the Biochemical Genetics Laboratory (BGL) moved from the Waisman Center to the Wisconsin State Laboratory of Hygiene. BGL serves patients who have suspected or known hereditary metabolic disease.
BGL Co-Director Dr. Greg Rice explains who BGL serves, the types of testing they perform, and the partnerships BGL has with the WI Newborn Screening Program, the Waisman Center and the UW School of Medicine and Public Health.
