Description:

The speakers will provide a brief overview of the outcomes of the September 2009 proficiency exercise and the agent that was simulated in the exercise. Specific information about the agent will include public health aspects, history, and epidemiology of the agent, clinical information, characteristics of the organism, clinical testing, and laboratory safety issues.
