All of the WCLN Regional Meetings have been cancelled due to Influenza A H1N1 (swine-origin) outbreak response. We hope to reschedule the meetings. Description:

This one-day session is presented by the Wisconsin State Laboratory of Hygiene (WSLH). The meeting will provide information to clinical laboratories, infection control practitioners, emergency department staff, and public health staff about the interaction of the Wisconsin Clinical Laboratory Network with public health, including surveillance, response to outbreaks, terrorism, and other public health emergencies.

Target Audience: The meeting is intended for laboratory managers, supervisors and bench technologists; infection control practitioners; and emergency department staff.  We also encourage attendance by staff of Local Public Health Departments, Local Public Health Department laboratories and Public Health Consortia members to enhance communications among the laboratory, health care and public health communities.
