WSLH Proficiency Testing will send most samples by two-day delivery. Make sure you arrange to have someone accept the delivery.

If samples are missing or damaged in transit please call (800) 462-5261, ext. 0 or (608) 265-1100, ext. 0 to request replacements. Requests for replacements must be made by the date specified on the result form instructions.
