Methyl Ethyl Ketone Peroxide WOHL performs analysis for methyl ethyl ketone peroxide (also known as MEKP or 2-butanone peroxide) in air samples based on a modified NIOSH 3508. Samples are collected on XAD-4 tubes and run by UV-vis. The reporting level for MEKP is 10 ug/sample. Low Molecular weight aliphatic amines WOHL performs analysis for low molecular weight amines including methyl amine, dimethyl amine, trimethyl amine, ethyl amine, diethyl amine, triethyl amine, and dimethyl ethyl amine. WOHL utilizes a method for air samples using a phosphoric acid treated XAD-7 tube for collection. Samples are run via Ion Chromatography. The reporting levels (RL) in ug/sample are: methyl amine RL = 0.5, dimethyl amine RL = 1.0, trimethyl amine RL= 3.0, ethyl amine RL = 1.0, diethyl amine RL= 1.0, triethyl amine RL= 50, dimethyl ethyl amine RL = 10.Ethanolamines WOHL performs analysis for ethanolamine, diethanolamine, and triethanolamine in air using a phosphoric acid treated XAD-7 tube for collection. Samples are run via Ion Chromatography. The reporting levels (RL) in ug/sample are: ethanolamine = 2.0, diethanolamine = 5.0, and triethanolamine = 20 ug/sample. Organic acids WOHL performs analysis for acetic acid, formic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid, and citric acid on a single analytical method. The method was developed for air samples using a prewashed silica gel tube (acid mist tube) for collection. Samples are run via Ion Chromatography. The reporting levels (RL) in ug/sample are: acetic acid = 8.0, formic acid = 8.0, propionic acid = 2.5, butyric acid = 20, and citric acid = 2.5 ug.
