Influenza and Other Respiratory Viruses Update – 2018

Description of Session:

This webinar will provide a review of the past 2017 – 2018 respiratory virus season and will highlight our surveillance strategies for 2018-2019, based on our expectations, for the upcoming respiratory virus season.  Additional topics that will be discussed include updates on seasonal influenza, influenza variant viruses, rapid molecular influenza assays as well as updates on the influenza vaccine strain components and new FDA regulations impacting diagnostic testing.

A certificate of participation will be granted to each participant based on 1.0 contact hours of instruction toward credit.
