Description of Session:

All Sentinel Clinical Laboratories are encouraged to attend this webinar that highlights the importance of participation in rule-out bioterrorism agent exercises to help clinical laboratorians recognize potential bioterrorism agents and prevent laboratory exposures.  The speakers will share a case study and discuss which bioterrorism agents we’ve isolated in WI.   They will also talk through the thought process for completing proficiency exercises and provide some tips and information about the resources available to help laboratorians get the most benefit from participating in rule-out exercises.

A certificate of participation will be granted to each participant based on 1.0 contact hours of instruction toward credit.
