Wisconsin Fungal Infection Case Presentations

Description of Session:

Everyone loves to hear about interesting cases colleagues have seen in their laboratory. The focus of this presentation will be on fungal agents that cause clinical disease. The speaker will present three fungal infection cases for those interested in mycology. He will discuss the case history, laboratory testing procedures used in each case, and provide a review of the epidemiology of the fungi involved in each case.

 

A certificate of participation will be granted to each participant based on 1.0 contact hours of instruction toward credit.

This program is co-sponsored by ASCLS-WI which is approved as a provider of continuing education programs in the clinical laboratory sciences by the ASCLS P.A.C.E. program.
