The Wisconsin State Laboratory of Hygiene (WSLH) offers a wide range of radiological testing services to governmental agencies, engineering firms, consultants and private citizens. These services include testing environmental samples from nuclear power facilities, testing for radioactivity under the EPA National Interim Primary Drinking Water Regulations and special projects designed to meet our customers' needs.

The Radiochemistry Unit of the WSLH is certified by the Environmental Protection Agency, and is routinely inspected by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and the EPA. A complete Quality Assurance and Quality Control Program is maintained, assuring you of high quality results.

The Wisconsin State Laboratory of Hygiene is a statewide resource that helps protect the public and environmental health of Wisconsin.

Since 1903, the WSLH has provided quality analytical services, research and teaching. As part of the University of Wisconsin, the Laboratory is dedicated to education and serving the people of the State. Often, the work of the WSLH reaches outside the state boundaries to provide services for customers throughout the Midwest and the nation.
